Tonight's dinner: roasted cumin & lime carrots & baked lavender lemon pepper cod (not shown: wild rice). The carrots were a BIG hit, and the cod wasn't bad, but the spice mix I bought at last year's Lavender Festival had WAY too much salt in it! Probably
