New Fun Stuff

Swiped from Lori and Pugsley's place: 1.What is your bedtime routine? Take a shower, cleanse face, perform oral hygene (toothpick, floss, brush, Listerene rinse) home care routine, final check of e-mail/favourite online journal/blog sites, watch TV, sleep.

2.Do you squeeze or roll the toothpaste from top to bottom? Squeeze, usually starting in the middle.

3.Do you take vitamins? Yes, but not at night, I take them in the morning.

4.What do you sleep in? Not much.

5. How many pillows do you sleep with? Two.

6.What kind of sheets, blankets are on your bed? Currently I have flannel sheets, and one acrylic blanket.

7.What position do you sleep in? Usually curled up in the fetal position; right or left side, it doesn't matter.

8.What weird sleeping habits do you have? Well, if curling up with my bear Brandon is weird, then that would be it.

9.How many hours of sleep do you need? I prefer about nine or ten, but I'm lucky if I get six or seven.

Happy Easter!

He is risen! He is risen indeed!

Easter is more than coloured eggs and bunny rabbits. Easter is the time to remember exactly what Jesus did for us all: He took all our sins on His shoulders and died for us. Three days later, He rose from the dead. Just as He promised. Just as He said.

Still, I've done plenty of Easter egg and bunny rabbit Easter cards in my days. Here is the collection of handstamped Easter cards I've done over the years. Enjoy! Cheers!

Answers to the Questions

Okay, here's my answers to the questions from Tuesday's Meme. The first questions come from Lori:
1. What is your favorite food? Pizza - I love pizza! So simple, so delicious, so perfect!
2. Your biggest pet peeve? Tailgaters! I cannot stand when people drive so close to my rear bumper! There's just no excuse for such rude behaviour! Grr!
3. If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be or would you not change anything? I would stop procrastinating! I'm horrible about that! I can put stuff off for a very, very long time!

These next questions come from Mare:
1. When you were 12, what did you want to be when you grew up? When I was 12 I wanted to be a veternarian, because I love animals. Unfortunetly, I'm allergic, so that was the end of that dream.
2. If the phone rang right now, and it was someone asking you over to their dinner party, who would you want that someone to be? Weet's MIL, June! I've got a hankering for some booyah, brats, brownies and fluff! Yum!
3. What do you have a craving for right this very second? Right this very second? Ice cream. I gave it up for Lent, and I can't wait to have some!!

Monday Positives

1. I got a ton of work done around the house Saturday! It was awesome! Check this out:

2. I went through my shoes ... all of them: The ones in the shoe holders on the floor of my closet, the ones in the shoe boxes on the top shelf of my closet, and the ones in the bin in the garage. I got rid of so many pairs of shoes that I just have a few left in my closet and that's it! I believe they call that "room to grow" on Clean Sweep.

3. I went through all the clothes I had in the bins in the garage as well as the hall closet and the cedar chest, and got rid of tons of old clothes that will never ever wear. Some of these things I've been hanging onto for years in the hopes that I would one day be a size 8 again. That will never happen, I realize that now. I'll be lucky if I can become a size 16 at this point! So, all the old stuff is on its way to Goodwill. Someone is going to have one heck of a shopping spree!

4.  I put more stuff on Ebay, and two items are already selling!

5. I started stamping what were originally going to be spring cards, but I think I'll use them for Mother's Day instead. It felt really good to stamp and be creative again!

6. The Grand Prix of Malaysia was actually quite good! I'm so happy to see someone other than Ferrari getting some wins! (Though I do wish it could've been a Jordan!)
