According to KSBY, here's what I have to look forward to at home this evening:
A Severe Thunderstorm Warning continues until 515 PM PST for
northwest San Luis Obispo County...
At 436 PM PST... National Weather Service Doppler radar continued to
indicate a severe thunderstorm capable of producing nickel size
hail... brief gusty winds and heavy rain. This storm was located 5
miles east of Santa Margarita... moving to the south around 5 mph.
This is a dangerous storm. If you are in its path... prepare
immediately for damaging winds... destructive hail... and deadly cloud
to ground lightning. People outside should move to a shelter...
preferably inside a strong building but away from windows.
Oh, joy. Maybe I'll just stay here tonight!
