A Beautiful Saturday

Daffy2_1The little daffodils in our backyard have finally bloomed! They're so pretty! Yellowflower_2This pretty orange flower just bloomed this past week, too. WhiteflowersThere's more daffys and these pretty white flowers blooming by the fire station ... Downtownand the trees lining the streets downtown are all in bloom as well. It's very beautiful and spring-like around here!

So, I was reading through some of the journals and blogs that are participating in this year's Februarium, and came across this one. After reading her Februarium entries, I kept scrolling down, eventually landing on an entry titled Superstition. Now, I'm not normally supersticious. At least I try not to be. But, you know, I did just watch The Grudge last night. Alone. In the dark. And, while I wasn't 100% impressed with it, it was a wee bit spooky, and a wee bit creepy, and so when I read that post, my first thought was: "No. No way."

And, my second thought was: "Uhh, better safe than sorry, right?" Right. So, here goes:

A girl died in 1933 by a homicide murderer. He buried her in the ground when she was still alive. The murdered chanted, "Toma sota balcu" as he buried her. Now that you have read the chant, you will meet this little girl. In the middle of the night she will be on your ceiling. She will suffocate you like she was suffocated. If you post this, she will not bother you. Your kindness will be rewared.
