During the recent Sweetheart Stroll through downtown Atascadero, I discovered a new shop containing antiques, art by local artists, and other sundry items. I particularly liked this old violin they had displayed on a table outside.
I didn't get tagged for this meme, so I just stole borrowed it from Stacie. Here are seven songs that have been on repeat on my iPod for the past few weeks. I thought it might be fun to find the videos/live performances of the songs on YouTube to share with you. Enjoy!
So, I attended the Mozart Festival concert last night and it was awesome! By far the best one I've ever experienced! New journal entry about it is here, But, please don't expect a detailed review of it, or anything, because I don't know squat about classical music, but I know what I like!
Copy this into your journal and bold the ones you actually like.

So, I caught this band on Saturday Night Live this past weekend, and thought "Wow, these guys are really good!" I stopped by Borders after work and picked up their CD Hopes & Fears, and just finished listening to it. Now I'm convinced - these guys are really, really good!
Also at Borders I picked up Franz Ferdinand, because I've been hearing nothing but raves about this band, Kage Baker's fourth novel of The Company, Graveyard Games, which I've been looking for for some time, and the DVD The Grudge because I love a good horror movie. I even like bad horror movies, so it really doesn matter which it turns out to be!
