Today I participated in another photographic project from chasethelight.org (formerly sh1ft.org photographic projects): A Day in the Life. The project asks that you take one photo per hour during the course of one day to document that day. Unfortunately since I'm working, I can't take a photo every hour, so I just snapped a photo when I could during my commute, breaks/lunch, and after work. Here are the pictures I ended up with to document my Monday, April 2, 2012:
#1. My morning commute @ 6:53 a.m.
#2. Morning break @ 10:00 a.m.
#3. I had a hankering for sushi, so I went to Shin's for lunch and had a Ninja roll with Tempera shrimp, avocado, crab meat and cucumber. Yummy!
#4. Since I forgot my usual energy drink, I had to have a Crystal Light energy powder + water for my last break of the day. I'll need it to get through my workout later this evening!
#5. It's 5:15 p.m. and I'm ready to hop on the bus and head home!
#6. Here I am at Kennedy Club Fitness ready to meet with my personal torturer trainer for a horrific fun-filled hour of torture, erm, I mean, training. (It's fun, really it is. It's also hard, sweaty work and is usually quite painful.)
#7. 9:00 p.m. and time for bed. Well, time to lay in bed and watch TV for an hour or so. Sorry I missed photographing my dinner, but by the time I got home from Kennedy I was sore and sweaty and tired, so I hit the shower, heated up my dinner (delicious leftovers of pork chop with smoked paprika and oregano, olive oil pasta and steamed broccoli which was actually as pretty as it was yummy!) and wolfed it down like a starving dog. And also, I forgot I was supposed to be documenting my day.
Cheers!
